KUMESU KUBA CAMPAIGN
Spring/Summer 19'
Kumesu Spring-Summer 2019 takes its inspiration in the Kuba Art from the Kuba people of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
From exquisite geometric patterns on raffia cloth, cowries and beads used in Royal attire, the Kuba people have been described as people who cannot bear to leave a surface without ornament. Each pattern is given a name by a tribe -to honour the creator of the pattern or describe an object. The decorated caps indicate social standing and reflect wearer's achievements.

A tale of 3 perspectives...a tale of 3 journeys... 'A Tale of Free Fittings'.
A short film by Philip Iyegbe and commissioned by the charity Suited & Booted 'A Tale of Free Fittings' is the story of 3 of the charity's typical clients.
The concept was to tell the every day struggles of 3 very different people and highlight the help and respect they receive from the charity, as well as empowering them to take advantage of their opportunities. It went on to be a shortlisted finalist in the National Charity Film Awards later that year.

It was a pleasure to be asked to write, direct and produce the a short film and photoshoot for this highly sophisticated and established B2B brand as they expand into the commercial arena.
We only had between 9 to 5pm on the day as the shoot location was also a celebrity's home, so the gauntlet was truly set. 8 hours to shoot 13 scenes with a cast of professional models, let's do this right. So we invited the photographer so I could creative direct the photo shoot too! I'm sure they won't mind if we run a little over...
Turns out that good planning and a great team of cast and crew is still and will always be a winning combination. No matter what the shoot day threw at us. Big thanks to all the models and massive thanks to an awesome crew (well most of them anyway).

THE JOB - 3 MIN RYUICHI SAKAMOTO | ASYNC EDIT
This is the special directors cut version of 'The Job' skilfully laced with an unrelenting and masterfully intense soundtrack from the man that scored Alejandro G. Iñárritu's 'The Revenant' the legendary Ryuichi Sakamoto. This film is also featured on his website sitesakamoto.com for his international short film competition.
Fashion X Film | Inside the Atelier
This is the latest edition to the Fashion X Film series, 'Inside the Atelier' where once again we collaborate with fashion stylist Laetitia Tomasso. In this luxurious, smooth, sophisticated and well timed piece we effortlessly weave a tale of bespoke and custom configured opulence. The music was composed along with the writer/director and accentuates this stylish piece.
